Onward Adventures is an LLC a Limited Liability Company.
It is an organization that is essentially a hybrid of a corporation and a partnership or sole proprietorship. Onward Adventures, established in 2022 by Katie Earl, is a tour service company based in Astoria, Oregon, specializing in providing safe, sustainable transportation and immersive experiences for our customers. Our Slogan is to “tour your curiosity” by sharing the most favorable places in the area while listening to our clients’ interests and finding the answers they crave. Operating 24/7, we cater to a diverse audience, offering a wide range of interactive tours in Astoria and surrounding cities such as Seaside, Warrenton, and Cannon Beach. Our passionate team is committed to showcasing the region’s natural beauty and rich history through a variety of tour categories, including sightseeing tours, pub crawls, ghost tours, hiking tours, and historical tours. In addition to our commitment to delivering memorable and personalized experiences, Onward Adventures emphasizes environmental responsibility by utilizing sustainable transportation methods.
Media
We take pictures throughout the tours that will be shared in social media and advertisements, if you do not want your time with us shared, you must let us know this.
Waiver
The Program is provided without any warranty (either express or implied) or implied term of any kind, including but not limited to any implied warranties or implied terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Onward Adventures LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind. Onward Adventures LLC will not be liable for any inaccuracies and will not be liable to tourist pets, accidents. where such liability was caused or contributed to by a negligent of a tourist.
Onward Adventures LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to restrict the availability of the Program to any person, at any time, for any or no reason.
Pub Crawl Waiver
Subject to the limitations you agree that Onward Adventures LLC will not be liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with the program (including, for example, stolen goods, missing the bus after 15 minutes late from the ride.
You take full reasonability for yourself while enjoying the crawl provided by Onward Adventures LLC.
You understand we are not liable to any refunds.
Onward Adventures LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to restrict the availability of the Program to any person, at any time, for any reason.

Linda doesn’t listen while driving, must wait until the bus stops.
Please leave garbage on the bus and we will recycle and clean up on the end of the night. However, if a mess needs clean up. We have towels, wipes and broom on the top shelve.
